3. Spreadsheet & BOM Data Security
Bill of Materials (BOM) files and inventory manifests uploaded through our procurement portal are processed locally within your browser and transmitted securely over encrypted TLS connections directly to our account management systems. Inventory data is never exposed to public third-party indexing or marketing platforms.
4. Information Sharing & Third Parties
We share commercial information only with verified operational service providers necessary to fulfill business transactions—specifically, designated commercial freight carriers, customs brokers, and financial settlement partners—subject to confidentiality and commercial data protection obligations.
